The body is built from machine anodized Black aluminum with Ruger logo and textured knurling near the bottom for grip. Simple, smooth operation on this one. Just pull down on the protruding silver lever near the top and push slight right to lock in open, writing position. Do the same maneuver to the left to retract the writer.
The Ruger handsome ink pen is tough, with plenty of desk appeal and comes with a stonewashed steel pocket clip.
